Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).\n8+ years of experience in program/project management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.\nProven experience in managing complex eLearning programs, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering on time and within budget.\nStrong knowledge of project/program management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.\nStrong strategic thinking with the ability to align program goals with organizational objectives.\nProven ability to manage large teams and collaborate across departments.\nExpertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).\nSelf-motivated with the ability to manage remote teams and projects effectively.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPMP or similar project/program management certification.\nExperience in the eLearning or EdTech sector.\nFamiliarity with K12 education standards and content development.\nProven experience in driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices in program
