In this highly technical, hands-on role you will actively configure systems and manage integrations rather than just coordinating them, working closely with a supportive local and Nordic IT team.\n\nYou are offered\n\nA key role in shaping the future HR technology landscape during an exciting integration phase.\n\nClose collaboration with a supportive local and Nordic team.\n\nA flexible hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.\n\nWork tasks\n\nAs an HR Systems & Integration Specialist you work in a technical and hands-on role focused on managing, developing, and configuring the HR technology landscape, ensuring seamless system integrations and data flows across the organization.\n\nOwn and develop the HR technology landscape, including architecture, integrations, workflows, and data flows.\n\nEnsure systems are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with business and technology strategies.\n\nManage application lifecycle activities, including updates, testing, deployments, and operational reliability.\n\nTranslate HR and business requirements into effective technical solutions.\n\nDrive data quality, integration governance, and compliance with security standards.\n\nCoordinate with vendors, developers, infrastructure, and security teams.\n\nMaintain technical documentation and architectural transparency.\n\nWe are looking for\n\nDegree in IT, HR systems, or a related field.\n\nSeveral years of experience in HR systems, solution management, or application architecture.\n\nStrong understanding of integrations, data flows, workflows, and enterprise application landscapes.\n\nExperience with HR platforms such as Workday is a plus.\n\nProven ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nProfessional fluency in both English and Finnish.\n\nOur recruitment process\n\nThis recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our client's wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work.\n\nOur selection process is continuous and the advert may close before the recruitment process is completed if we have moved forward to the next phase.
