# Maintenance Supervisor

Academy Bus is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for our new Perth Amboy, NJ diesel bus garage. The Maintenance Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership and day-to-day supervision of mechanics while ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely maintenance and repair of our motor coach bus fleet. Earn an annual salary of $85,000 per year. $2,500 Sign-On Bonus. Every Friday is Pay Day! Shift: 3rd Shift 10:00pm-7:00am Key Responsibilities Supervise, lead, train, and mentor mechanics and maintenance staff in a busy diesel bus garage environment. Assign and prioritize daily work orders, repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and road calls. Monitor technician productivity, quality of work, turnaround times, and compliance with company maintenance procedures. Provide hands-on troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of modern motor coach diesel engines, transmissions, and related systems. Inspect completed repairs and ensure buses are safe, road-ready, and compliant with applicable maintenance and safety standards.
