Technician to join our UK warehouse team in Hertford and play a key role in the day-to-day prep and maintenance of our audio department. \n\nThe ideal candidate will be experienced with the prep, maintenance and operation of a wide range of audio equipment such as speakers, amplifiers, microphones and both analogue and digital control desks.\n\nAs an Audio Prep Technician you will be highly organised, detail oriented and an effective communicator with the ability to work well as part of the wider warehouse prep team.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\nPrep audio equipment as per the client’s request or job requirements\nPull, collate, and scan equipment for checkout and report any shortages\nScan returned equipment, report any missing or damaged items, and ensure equipment is returned to the correct, designated storage area\nTest, clean, and maintain equipment per 4Wall standards\nAssist in the loading and unloading of vans and trucks, with the regular stock taking of equipment, with rigging and de-rigging when requested, and in other areas of the warehouse as required\nQualifications and pre-requisites\nBroad knowledge of prep, maintenance and operation of standard Audio equipment such as speakers, amplifiers, microphones and both analogue and digital control desks is essential.\nDemonstrated electrical/technical training and/or experience is required\nStrong organisational and time management skills \nA keen eye for detail\nMust be able to take direction and work accurately in a fast paced environment without supervision.\nExcellent team player\nThe ability to facilitate overtime as required.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nMust be able to lift 25kg, as duties include loading and unloading trucks\n\nIf you’re looking for your next challenge and bring
