brokers.\nZakres obowiązków\nGather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.\nTranslate business needs into user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and clear specifications for development teams.\nAnalyse existing business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.\nWork closely with Product Owners, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.\nFacilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and discussions to align business and technical teams.\nSupport backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritisation of requirements.\nValidate delivered solutions against business requirements and support user acceptance testing (UAT).\nDocument business rules, workflows, process diagrams, and system integrations.\nEnsure that requirements account for data accuracy, security, regulatory compliance, and operational reliability.\nWymagania\nAt least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or digital product environments.\nExperience working in FinTech, trading, wealth management, payments, or other heavily regulated industries.\nStrong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional documentation.\nExperience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.\nAbility to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements for technical teams.\nExperience working closely with developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders in an Agile environment.\nGood understanding of software development lifecycles and system integrations.\nNice to Haves:\nHands-on experience with mobile app products\nFamiliarity with analytics platforms (PostHog, Metabase, etc.) or basic SQL
