Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner to work with our customer. Our client is a globally operating financial services provider specializing in online CFD trading across forex, commodities, indices, metals, energy, and cryptocurrencies. It combines advanced trading technology, competitive pricing, and fast trade execution to deliver a seamless trading experience for retail and institutional clients. The company operates across multiple international markets and maintains a strong focus on regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships with affiliates and introducing brokers.

Zakres obowiązków

• Deconstruct strategic epics into well-defined features, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria
• Manage and drive backlog prioritization, balancing user value, business strategy, regulatory demands, and technical complexity
• Facilitate core agile ceremonies—including refinement, sprint planning, and reviews—in close alignment with engineering and design
• Map out intricate ideas into intuitive user flows, process diagrams, and functional schemas (using Miro, Confluence, etc.)
• Engage early with cross-functional stakeholders (compliance, risk, ops, marketing, support) to capture holistic requirements
• Constructively challenge assumptions—including executive feedback—using data-driven insights and business logic
• Track product metrics and user feedback post-launch to evaluate impact and iterate on future iterations
• Establish foundational product operations, including documentation standards, templates, and Ready/Done frameworks

Wymagania

• 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a related delivery role
• Background in FinTech, trading, wealth management, payments, or other heavily regulated sectors
• Proven capability in crafting precise user stories and acceptance criteria (e.g., Given/When/Then) that minimize engineering rework
• Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum or Kanban ceremonies
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and visual collaboration tools like Miro or FigJam
• Customer-centric approach combined with solid commercial acumen and data literacy

Nice-to-Haves:

• Hands-on experience with mobile app products
• Familiarity with analytics platforms (PostHog, Metabase, etc.) or basic SQL querying
• Professional PO certifications (e.g., PSPO, CSPO)
