brokers.\nZakres obowiązków\nFacilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\nSupport the team in maintaining a healthy and predictable delivery pace, ensuring alignment on sprint goals and priorities.\nIdentify and remove impediments affecting team productivity and delivery.\nCoach the team and stakeholders on Scrum principles, Agile practices, and continuous improvement.\nWork closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to improve collaboration and delivery.\nSupport backlog refinement, sprint readiness, and clear definition of requirements and acceptance criteria.\nMonitor delivery progress, identify risks and dependencies, and communicate them transparently to stakeholders.\nHelp improve team processes, reduce bottlenecks, and promote accountability and self-organisation.\nSupport coordination across teams where dependencies or shared priorities affect delivery.\nWymagania\nAt least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role.\nExperience working with software development teams in an Agile environment.\nStrong understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and practical team facilitation.\nExperience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting backlog and sprint management.\nExperience using tools such as Jira and Confluence to support delivery and track progress.\nExperience in FinTech, trading, wealth management, payments, or other heavily regulated industries.\nNice to have:Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams.\nFamiliarity with software delivery processes, system integrations, and technical dependencies.\nUnderstanding of regulatory, security, and compliance
