😊\nZakres obowiązków\nManage large-scale enterprise programs and complex technical projects, including infrastructure, DevOps, and data engineering initiatives.\nTake ownership of project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations, including projects with multi-million-dollar budgets.\nCoordinate the implementation and deployment of software, infrastructure, DevOps solutions, and data engineering platforms.\nWork closely with global enterprise clients, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to align technical delivery with business objectives.\nOversee project execution across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring effective processes, governance, and delivery standards.\nManage project risks, dependencies, resources, and changing priorities in both structured enterprise environments and dynamic startup settings.\nIdentify opportunities to improve delivery processes through automation and the adoption of AI-driven solutions.\nWymagania\n\nFlexibility to attend occasional, pre-scheduled client meetings after 6:00 PM to accommodate international time zones.\nAt least 5 years of professional experience in an IT Project/Product Manager position.\n\nProven experience managing complex technical projects or programs in IT, preferably involving infrastructure, DevOps, cloud platforms, or data engineering.\nExperience delivering large enterprise projects with significant budgets, maintaining control over scope, schedule, resources, and quality.\nUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and technology delivery practices.\nComfortable operating in fast-changing environments where priorities and requirements may evolve frequently.\n\nIt would be nice if you have:\nA technical background in software development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, or data engineering, or a degree in IT or a related field.\nExperience working with US-based clients.\nExperience introducing automation and agentic AI solutions into business processes to reduce repetitive work and enable teams to focus on higher-value
