The Treasury Senior Analyst will work closely with portfolio managers, traders, and internal stakeholders, and will perform a full spectrum of treasury activities - from managing investment custodian accounts and funding investment operations, to overseeing operational bank accounts, accounts payable/receivable cash positioning, and enterprise-wide cash flow forecasting. This role will report to the Director of Accounting Operations.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\nAccurately capture and settle trades across asset classes in both Charles River and proprietary internal systems.\nPerform daily cash and position reconciliations; investigate and resolve breaks with custodians and administrators.\nCoordinate wire execution for all outgoing investment cash transactions through custodian accounts\nOversee the setup and maintenance of ACL's accounts payable disbursement process\nManage inbound cash receipts and Accounts Receivable cash positioning\nAssist in interpreting credit agreements and term sheets to support operational setup and trade booking.\nSupport new business initiatives, system enhancements, and workflow automation projects.\nCash Flow Forecasting & Liquidity ManagementHelp build and maintain ACL's enterprise-wide cash flow forecasting model.\nHelp identify and flag potential liquidity gaps or concentration risks.\nMonitor and report on ACL's liquidity ratios and reserve requirements in accordance with SC DOI regulatory guidelines and Oaktree's internal risk appetite.\nControls, Compliance & Process DevelopmentOperate in accordance with ACL's treasury policies and procedures - including cash management policy, wire transfer controls, banking authorization matrix, and segregation of duties framework.\nHelp ensure all treasury operations comply with SC DOI insurance regulations, internal audit requirements, and Oaktree's governance standards.\nCoordinate with the Finance and Accounting teams on month-end treasury close and audit activities\nHelp identify, document, and implement improvements in controls, automation, and operational procedures\nWHAT YOU WILL NEED:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or a related field\n 5+ years of experience in corporate treasury.\nWorking knowledge of trade lifecycle and basic reconciliation processes.\nStrong Excel skills; ability to handle large datasets and generate repeatable reporting outputs.\nHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills.\nClear verbal and written communication skills; able to work cross-functionally.\nSelf-starter capable of managing tasks independently\nTeam-oriented mindset and strong professional integrity.\nPreferred ExperienceExperience with treasury management systems and online banking platforms.\nUnderstanding of cash management, banking regulations, and financial instruments.\nStrong problem-solving abilities and a high degree of attention to detail to identify discrepancies in high-volume data.\nWHO WE ARE:\nwww.acap.com\nBENEFITS:\nA-CAP works hard to create a positive and supportive environment.
