and transaction processing.\nTroubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within agreed SLAs.\nPerform application configurations and parameter setup according to business requirements.\nManage user access, roles, security profiles, and permissions.\nBusiness Process Analysis\nCollaborate with business departments to understand operational requirements.\nAnalyze business processes and identify opportunities for system enhancement.\nTranslate business requirements into Oracle application solutions.\nRecommend best practices and process improvements leveraging Oracle capabilities.\nImplementation & Enhancement\nParticipate in Oracle application implementation, upgrade, and migration projects.\nSupport change requests, system enhancements, and new module deployments.\nConfigure Oracle modules related to Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Manufacturing, or Projects.\nConduct functional testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.\nIntegration & Data Management\nSupport integration between Oracle applications and third-party systems.\nCoordinate with technical teams on interfaces, APIs, middleware, and reporting solutions.\nAssist in data migration, data validation, and data cleansing activities.\nEnsure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.\nReporting & Documentation\nDevelop and maintain operational reports and dashboards.\nCreate functional specifications, process flows, SOPs, and user guides.\nMaintain system documentation and knowledge repositories.\nGenerate periodic application health and performance reports.\nVendor & Stakeholder Management\nCoordinate with Oracle support and external vendors for issue resolution.\nWork with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.\nProvide end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.\nParticipate in project meetings and application roadmap planning.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor‘s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.\nExperience\n3+ years of experience supporting Oracle applications.\nExperience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion Cloud, or Oracle ERP solutions.\nHands-on experience in application configuration, testing, and support.\nExperience working with enterprise business processes.\nTechnical Skills\nKnowledge of Oracle ERP, Financials, SCM, Procurement, HCM, or related modules.\nUnderstanding of Oracle database fundamentals and SQL queries.\nFamiliarity with Oracle workflows, reports, interfaces, and APIs.\nExperience with system integrations and data migration activities.\nUnderstanding of ITIL-based support processes.\nKnowledge of cloud technologies and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is an advantage.\nPreferred Qualifications\nOracle Application certifications.\nExperience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.\nKnowledge of Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, or Oracle Analytics.\nExperience in ERP implementation projects.\nFamiliarity with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies.\nExperience in manufacturing, logistics, retail, finance, or service
