business units during application usage, handling operational issues and inquiries.\nContribute to the development and standardization of operational processes, technical documentation, and runbooks, and continuously improve operational quality.\nJob Requirements\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.\nExperience\nAt least 3 years of experience in roles such as DevOps Engineer, System Engineer, Fullstack Dev, Application Support or equivalent.\nHands-on experience in deploying and operating:Kong API Gateway\nKubernetes\nMiddleware\nMicroservices architectures\n\nTechnical Skills\nExperience with:API Gateway / Kong / Middleware\nMicroservices architecture\nCI/CD pipelines: GitLab CI, ArgoCD (or equivalent)\nContainer & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes\nMiddleware / Cache: Redis (or equivalent)\nOperating Systems: Linux, Windows\nProgramming / Scripting: Python, Ansible, JavaScript (or equivalent)\nLogging & Monitoring: ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana (Dynatrace is a plus)\nBasic knowledge of Databases\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.\nEffective work management and organization skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to handle incidents and negotiate solutions.\nAbility to prepare
