As part of a national brand of 16 schools, we offer the support of a wide network with the heart of a local community.\nAbout the role\nAs a member of the College Leadership Team (CLT), the Learning Support Coordinator (LSC) provides leadership and direction for the Learning Support Team. The LSC contributes to the strategic direction for school-wide systems that support diverse learners. With responsibility for all aspects of managing the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) the LSC plays a key role in ensuring our students are well known, well loved, and well taught.\nThis full time role will commence Term 1 2027.\nRequirements\nThe successful candidate will demonstrate excellence across the following three domains:\nAdministration & Compliance:\nHigh-level organisational skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of NCCD processes, staff allocations, and the use of resources.\nProven ability to manage the creation of quality Individual Plans (IPs) including the identification of reasonable and appropriate adjustments to support the needs of each student.\nDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage complex administrative workflows with precision.\nLeadership & Relationships:\nCapacity to lead and supervise teams, fostering a culture of reflective practice and contributing to the professional growth of others. \nRefined interpersonal skills that promote transparent and respectful collaboration between staff, parents, external specialists, and school leadership.\nAbility to support and promote the vision of the school and collaborate with all stakeholders to help drive school-wide improvement.\nStrategic Implementation & Student Outcomes:\nExperience in implementing Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI) and explicit instruction approaches.\nAbility to collect and analyse student data to design, implement, and evaluate targeted intervention programs.\nA proven track record of improving learning and wellbeing outcomes for students with diverse or complex needs through a knowledge-rich curriculum.\nAbout you\nHave an active Christian faith.\nAppropriate tertiary
