Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services
• Increase customer retention through creative problem-solving
• Handle numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and efficiently
• Provide customer service for well-known brands via phone, social media, live chat, and email
• Participate in product, systems, and remote training

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
• Experience supporting brand products and services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum HS diploma; college preferred
• Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting consumer products and/or services
• 100% attendance
• Dedicated home office workspace, preferably a separate room with its own door
• Adequate space to set up the workstation
• Ability to hardwire internet by plugging directly into the router
• Three power connections for monitors and PC tower
• Ability to maintain the workspace in a safe condition
• No personal disruptions during scheduled hours
• Ability to remain on the phone throughout the entirety of the shift
