Working across business and technical teams, you will undertake requirements analysis, process mapping, solution design, configuration activities and technical documentation to support successful project delivery. This role offers an opportunity to influence system decisions, support technology integration, and contribute to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between through the delivery of quality digital solutions.\n\nThe appointing salary for this role is $90,039 - $110,047 based on experience. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance.\n\nThis is a permanent opportunity located in Wellington. \n\nAbout you | M&#333u\n\nYou will bring:\n\nAt least 4 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role within a complex IT environment\n\nStrong requirements gathering, business analysis and process mapping experience\n\nExperience documenting functional and non-functional requirements and technical specifications\n\nKnowledge of systems architecture, system interfaces and technology integration approaches\n\nStrong analytical, research and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels\n\nExperience working with project delivery methodologies and multidisciplinary project teams\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel\n\nA collaborative approach, strong relationship management capability and attention to detail\n\nYou must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.\n\nWorking at ACC | M&#333 ACC\n\nAt ACC, we embrace the rich tapestry of Aotearoa New Zealand's cultures and are dedicated to providing equitable opportunities.
