This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring partners receive the highest level of service, support, and guidance to maximize success with Accel’s gaming offerings. The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, assisting locations through video gaming applications and overall live video gaming processes, keeping locations updated on gaming industry information, as well as assisting in other areas as needed.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned partner establishments to drive retention, increase market share and revenue growth.\n\nAchieve assigned Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) objectives, including participation in the sales process and maximize account performance through strategic account management.\n\nConduct regular visits to partner locations to engage with location owners, provide support, gather feedback, identify opportunities, and strengthen relationships.\n\nServe as the primary liaison between partner establishments and Accel, managing day-to-day communications, issue resolution, and partner satisfaction.\n\nAnalyze account and industry performance data to identify trends, increase gameplay, and provide actionable recommendations that enhance partner performance.\n\nEducate partners on gaming products, promotional programs, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.\n\nEnsure optimal service levels by coordinating with internal teams to resolve operational issues and support partner needs.\n\nPartner with internal stakeholders and revenue team members to drive engagement, support business growth objectives, and identify and cultivate new business opportunities.\n\nCollaborate with Marketing to develop and implement customized on-site marketing materials and promotional initiatives.\n\nMaintain accurate account records and performance reporting, stay informed on company products, regulatory requirements, and industry trends, and perform other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications:\nPrevious account management and/or outside sales experience a plus\n\n2-4 years of hospitality, restaurant, bar, entertainment, gaming, or related service industry experience preferred\n\nStrong professional presence\n\nAbility to adapt, organize and multi-task\n\nCapability to thrive in a fast-paced environment\n\nExtensive travel within your assigned region\n\nAbility to interact with local bar, restaurant, and truck stop owners as well as Commanders of non-profit organizations\n\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nHigh attention to detail with strong follow-through.\n\nValid driver’s license is required\n\nMinimum of 21 years of age\n\nBase Pay Range :\nBase salary: $50,000-$70,000 with plus commission. Total potential compensation up to $150,000/yr.\nThis range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position.
