The Company’s racino, Fairmount Park - Casino & Racing, features live racing, electronic gaming machines, live table games, food and beverage amenities, and pari-mutuel betting.\nJob Description:\nThis position is responsible for the processing of currency collections and ATM and Redemption machine replenishment, performing daily vault accountability, and balancing the currency ledgers. The position requires accuracy, dependability, and strong organizational abilities. Ideal candidate has a strong professional presence, is tenacious, and has ability to adapt, organize, and multi-task.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nPrepare and process lockbox cash receipts\nProcess and verify currency counts; maintain inventory counts and levels, including vault accountability processes\nData entry of cash receipts including coding and filing\nResearch unidentified cash receipts\nDaily/monthly bank and cash reconciliations\nWeekly cash forecasting\nCommunicate with customers, field, and other departments\nManage timely and accurate processing of cash collections \nCount, separate, pack, and unpack currency\nStrap/unstrap and seal/unseal bags \nPerform basic accounting and counting skills\nAssist with other duties and projects as assigned\nQUALIFICATIONS\nPrevious bank, casino, or financial industry teller experience preferred\nPrevious 2-3 years cash handling experience\nProficient in Microsoft Office Excel\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructions\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow\nAbility to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees\nVersatility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm\nMinimum of 21 years of age\nBase Pay Range :\n$20.00 per hour\nThis range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position.
