The Company’s racino, Fairmount Park - Casino & Racing, features live racing, electronic gaming machines, live table games, food and beverage amenities, and pari-mutuel betting.\nJob Description:\nAbout the Role\nAs a Workday Administrator, you will oversee the system's configuration, updates, and troubleshooting while supporting and training end-users for optimal functionality. You will develop custom reports and dashboards, collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, and analyze business requirements for software configurations. Your role will also involve managing standard testing procedures for application updates, ensuring SOX compliance through regular audits, and coordinating with auditors. Additionally, you will communicate system changes effectively and document processes for reference and training.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nManage and maintain the Workday system, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.\nProvide support and training to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Workday functionalities.\nDevelop and implement custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance system functionality.\nAnalyze and document business requirements for projects and software configurations and make these configurations in the software.\nImplement and manage standard testing procedures for application release updates, which includes creating, reviewing, executing, and tracking test plans and results.\nEnsure the Workday system adheres to SOX compliance requirements.\nConduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address compliance issues.\nDocument internal controls related to Workday processes.\nCoordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate SOX audits and reviews.\nCommunicate system changes, updates, and enhancements to end-users effectively.\nParticipate in project planning and implementation for Workday-related initiatives.\nDocument processes, configurations, and procedures for reference and training purposes.\n\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.\nMinimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Workday Administrator.\nWorkday Certification in relevant modules. (Preferred)\n2 years’ experience maintaining Workday Payroll Administration\nProficient in Workday reporting and analytics, including report writing and creating dashboards.\nProven experience with SOX compliance and Segregation of Duties in a corporate environment.\nStrong understanding of HR, Finance, and IT processes and how they integrate with Workday.\nExperience with other ERP systems and their integration with Workday.\nBase Pay Range :\n$120,000-145,000/yr\nThis range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position.
