business growth.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES\nOwn and drive product strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution, ensuring alignment between customer needs, technical capabilities, and business objectives.\nLead product discovery by identifying customer pain points, validating opportunities, and translating customer insights into product requirements and actionable solutions.\nOwn product definition, prioritization, and decision-making.\nDevelop and refine SaaS pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies, including usage-based pricing and other revenue models, to support product adoption and sustainable business growth.\nIdentify opportunities to improve product value, customer adoption, retention, and revenue performance through data-driven product decisions.\nCollaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver scalable product capabilities and successful product adoption.\nEngage with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, validate product direction, and communicate product value effectively.\nDefine product success metrics, monitor product performance, and use customer feedback and data to continuously improve product outcomes.\nProvide product leadership and mentorship to other product team members, fostering strong product thinking, ownership, and execution.\nQUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED\n7+ years of experience in Product Management, with demonstrated ownership of product strategy and successful product development.\nProven experience in B2B SaaS, platform products, or enterprise software, preferably involving developer-facing products, APIs, cloud services, or technical platforms.\nStrong experience in SaaS pricing, monetization, packaging, or revenue model development, with demonstrated contribution to pricing strategy and commercial outcomes.\nProven ability to drive product discovery, define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and translate customer problems into successful product solutions.\nStrong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate product opportunities based on customer value, market potential, and business impact.\nExperience working closely with Engineering teams on technical products, with the ability to understand technical trade-offs and communicate effectively with technical
