components, and cross-organizational AI implementations.\nThis role works across squads, AI Guilds, and AI driven development initiatives to translate AI strategy into practical, scalable solutions.\nCore Responsibilities\nBuild production AI agents and services\nDevelop reusable AI components and workflows\nPrototype and productionize AI use cases\nSupport development teams on AI implementations\nCollaborate with Compliance and ARX PS teams\nCo-own AI workflow environments (e.g., n8n) with DevOps\nContribute to AI pattern development alongside AI Platform Architect\nMaintain reference implementations\nImprove AI reliability and observability\nDesign and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.\nImplement prompt management, versioning, and evaluation tooling.\nEstablish AI observability, monitoring, and cost tracking practices.\nOperating Model\nWorks in close partnership with AI Platform Architect\nEngages directly with development teams\nProvides hands-on support for AI-driven Development initiatives\nContributes to AI standards evolution through implementation feedback\nRequired Experience\n6-8+ years software engineering
