team and take full ownership of our data integrity and golden record accuracy.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Match Rule Mastery: Configure and fine-tune complex Match Rules to proactively identify and resolve all match-related issues.\n\n- Data Integrity: Ensure seamless master data synchronization between modules and external systems, maintaining a high standard for Golden Record accuracy.\n\n- Technical Development: Utilize SIF (Service Integration Framework) for robust MDM development and integration.\n\n- Architecture Deep-Dive: Apply detailed knowledge of MDM dependent and metadata tables to maintain and optimize the environment.\n\n- Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for complex problem-solving and technical performance tuning.\n\n- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Informatica MDM solutions including MDM Hub components and associated processes.\n\n- Develop and maintain MDM data models, mappings, transformations, landing/staging structures, and data integration workflows.\n\n- Implement MDM processes including data consolidation, matching, merging, survivorship, hierarchy management, and data validation.\n\n- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify data quality, duplication, transformation, and integration issues.\n\n- Participate in data warehouse development, including staging, dimensional modeling, fact/dimension structures, and ETL implementation.\n\n- Integrate master data from multiple source systems into centralized MDM and data warehouse environments.\n\n- Implement and maintain data quality, validation, standardization, and reconciliation rules.\n\n- Support production deployments, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and ongoing enhancement of MDM solutions.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation covering data flows, mappings, MDM processes, and implementation details.\n\n- Collaborate with Data Architects, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.\n\nRequired Qualifications :\n\n- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM.\n\n- Strong understanding of MDM architecture and concepts.\n\n- Core Expertise: Proven track record in Informatica MDM hub development.\n\n- The \"Brain\" of MDM: Extensive experience with Match & Merge configuration and resolving data overlap issues.\n\n- Experience with MDM Hub, Base Objects, Landing Tables, Staging Tables, Mappings, Match & Merge, Survivorship, Trust, Validation Rules, Data Cleansing/Standardization, Hierarchy Management, and Batch Processes.\n\n- Integration: Hands-on expertise in development using SIF API.\n\n- Strong understanding of Reference Data and Master Data concepts.\n\n- Experience troubleshooting MDM jobs, workflows, and data issues.\n\nEducation :\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.\n\nGood to Have :\n\n- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.\n\n- Exposure to Informatica IICS / IDMC.\n\n- Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.\n\n- Experience with APIs and REST/SOAP-based data integration.\n\n- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\n\nSoft Skills :\n\n- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Ability to work closely with both business and technical teams.\n\n- Logical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\n\n- Attention to detail and ability to break down complex requirements.\n\n- Confident facilitator for workshops, discussions, and MDM implementation.\n\n- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple workstreams.\n\nSkills\nData
