Honored as a Top Workplaces USA winner five years in a row, we’re known for delivering scalable, agent-driven solutions that empower humans, agents, and robots to work smarter together.\nOverall Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath\n\nLead and contribute to process assessment, feasibility analysis, and solution design\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, BAs, and SMEs to understand automation requirements\n\nEnsure best practices, reusable components, and coding standards are followed\n\nPerform code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and provide technical guidance\n\nHandle production support, bot monitoring, and issue resolution\n\nOptimize existing automations for performance, stability, and scalability\n\nMaintain documentation including PDD, SDD, test cases, and release notes\n\nWork closely with infrastructure and security teams for bot setup and deployments\n\nSkills & Tools\nStrong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots\n\nExpertise in RE Framework\n\nExperience with Queue-based automation\n\nHands-on with Selectors, Exception Handling, Logging, and Retry mechanisms\n\nStrong knowledge of VB.NET / C# basics\n\nExperience with API integration, Excel, Outlook, PDF, and Web automation\n\nKnowledge of Document Understanding (OCR, ML Extractors - added advantage)\n\nExperience in Citrix / Virtual environment automation\n\nUnderstanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines for RPA (Git, Azure DevOps - preferred)\n\nDay-to-Day Activities\nAnalyze business processes and identify automation opportunities\n\nDevelop robust UiPath workflows using best practices\n\nConfigure and manage queues, assets, triggers, and schedules\n\nDebug and resolve automation failures in production\n\nParticipate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives\n\nPerform peer code reviews and suggest improvements\n\nCoordinate with stakeholders for UAT and go-live support\n\nPrepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer sessions\n\nSupport bot performance monitoring and continuous improvements\n\nExperience\n3+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development\n\nExperience working in Agile / Scrum environments\n\nExposure to end-to-end RPA lifecycle (Discovery to Production)\n\nExperience in client interaction and requirement discussions is a plus\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent\n\nUiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (preferred)\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\n\nWhy Join Us at Accelirate?\nAt Accelirate, we’re committed to your professional growth from day one.
