Engineer）\n職務概要\nアプリケーションエンジニアは、船舶や発電設備などのエンジンに最適な過給機（ターボチャージャー）の選定および性能検討を担当します。\n親会社であるスイスAccelleron社、日本のIHI社と協働し、Accelleronが開発したシミュレーションツールや評価技術を活用しながら、日本国内のエンジンメーカーを中心に最適な過給機ソリューションを提供します。\n熱力学・流体力学・燃焼工学などの工学知識を活用しながら、お客様ごとの課題解決やエンジン性能向上に貢献いただきます。\n主な職務内容\n船舶・発電設備向けエンジンに最適な過給機の選定および仕様検討\nシミュレーションや性能計算を用いたエンジン／過給機マッチング評価\nエンジン性能、燃費性能、排出ガス性能の解析および改善提案\n国内外のエンジンメーカー、造船所、エンドユーザーへの技術提案および技術サポート\n開発部門やサービス部門と連携した新製品・新技術の市場導入支援\n海外拠点との技術情報共有およびグローバルプロジェクトへの参画\n応募要件\n必須要件\n2027年3月までに大学または大学院を卒業・修了見込みの方\n機械工学、エネルギー工学、熱力学、流体力学、材料力学などの基礎知識を有する方\n技術的な課題に対して、論理的に考え解決に取り組める方\n英語によるコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方\nMicrosoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Word）を用いた基本的な資料作成スキル\n歓迎要件\nエンジン、ターボ機械、流体機械に関する研究経験\nMATLAB、Python、GT-Power、CFDなどの解析ツール使用経験\nシミュレーションや数値解析に関する知識\n海外留学や国際的なプロジェクト経験\nTOEIC®
