At Accelleron, we foster diversity and inclusion, welcoming and celebrating individual differences as a source of strength.\nIn this role you will be responsible for Business Process Mapping across all divisions and support functions throughout the organization, ensuring timely completion of tasks, supporting internal customer needs, issue resolution using a collaborative approach whilst maintaining the process quality.\nReporting to the Global Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Manager you will be responsible for the tasks below:\nYour responsibilities:\nCoordinate with business stakeholders to map and document business processes as per BPM2.0 standards, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment across functions and divisions\nSupport process governance, inclusive of reviews, approvals, periodic maintenance adhering to modelling standards\nSupport process maturity enhancement, identify gaps and implement initiatives to strengthen process standardization and governance\nDesign and deliver process mapping training through both face-to-face sessions and eLearning modules\nResolve system queries providing timely solutions to stakeholders to ensure effective and consistent use of the mapping platform\nContribute to global improvement, standardization and transformation activities and collaborating with global teams and cross functional / divisional stakeholders\nSupport the Global IMS Manager in initiatives around the mapping platform both locally and globally\nYour Background:\nExperience across Quality and Integrated Management Systems and business process management\nProven experience mapping and redesigning end-to-end business processes.\nExperience with process mapping tools such as SAP Signavio, Visio and BPMN 2.0 modelling rules\nStrong understanding of process governance, KPI management, and continuous improvement\nExperience facilitating cross-functional workshops and stakeholder engagement.\nKnowledge of ERP environments, preferably SAP\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\nAn understanding of ISO standards (specifically ISO9001) and how these relate to mapped processes\nDesired Skills:\nA customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service and building positive internal relationships globally\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional and divisional teams\nFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges in a fast-paced working environment\nStrong time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks and allocate resources according to service demands\nAptitude for resolving conflicts diplomatically and finding mutually beneficial solutions for all stakeholders\nEagerness to learn and develop new skills, staying updated on industry trends and best practices\nWork Environment:\nThis is permanent full-time vacancy with the work environment for a Business Process Engineer typically involving a combination of office-based tasks and interactions with internal customers organizationally wide.
