Your workplace will be in Baden, Switzerland, and you will report to the Global Category Manager Components.\nYour Responsibilities\nAchieve defined Supply Management targets for the assigned category, primarily related to quality, logistics, and total cost.\nDevelop and implement purchasing strategies with a focus on optimizing total cost, product quality, and logistics performance.\nEnsure environmental aspects, such as the CO₂ footprint of our products and value chain, are integrated into category strategies and decision-making processes.\nRegularly review supply risks and implement appropriate mitigation actions to ensure a resilient supply chain.\nManage supplier evaluation, qualification, development, pricing, and framework agreement negotiations.\nDrive the continuous improvement of the supply chain, with a focus on reducing lead times and optimizing logistics processes.\nRepresent Supply Management in product development projects and support product ramp-up through serial release and stable supply.\nLead part relocation projects until first article inspection approval and handover to the buyer organization.\nInitiate and drive drawing modification requests in collaboration with Engineering and Design.\nSupport the buyer organization in managing supply escalations.\nYour Background\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Design, or a related field).\nProven experience in Value Chain and/or Supply Chain Management within an industrial environment.\nAdvanced education or professional qualifications in Value Chain and/or Supply Chain Management are an advantage.\nStrong negotiation skills.\nFluent in English; German language skills are preferred.\nStrong team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.\nHands-on and results-oriented mindset.\nWillingness to travel up to 20%.\nYour Benefits\nCompetitive compensation package.\nPerformance-related bonus opportunities.\nSupportive culture focused on trust, accountability, and flexibility.\nGlobal Parental Leave Program.\nEmployee Assistance Program.\nHealth and well-being initiatives.\nCompany canteen.\nOpportunities to work with global teams and industry-leading technologies in a modern workplace.\nWe look forward to receiving your application.
