Working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Technical Development in Europe, the US, and China, you will ensure financial transparency, performance management, and value creation while translating business insights into impactful actions. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will lead planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance processes, while actively contributing to the division's strategic development and future growth.\nYour responsibilities:\nSupport the definition and execution of the High Speed strategy, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and financial targets.\nOwn the strategic five-year planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for the High Speed Division globally.\nOwn monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.\nLead the monthly financial performance review with the Division President, providing transparency on key P&L and operational performance drivers.\nEnsure transparency on customer, product and lifecycle profitability and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.\nDrive cost and working capital performance across the Division and initiate corrective actions where required.\nAct as financial business partner for strategic initiatives, investments and major development projects, including active participation in business cases, design reviews and steering committees.\nPartner with Sales on commercial and financial risk management, including risk reviews, insurance claims and escalation mechanisms.\nEnsure effective financial governance and internal controls, including implementation and adherence to the Table of Authority.\nDrive continuous innovation and improvement, simplification and standardization of financial processes and reporting.\nActively contribute to the strategic development of the High Speed division as member of the Division’s Leadership Team\nContribute to cross-divisional and Group Finance initiatives, supporting the development of the global Finance function.\nYour background:\nStrong financial background with expertise in controlling, planning and internal controls\nResults-oriented finance leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong business partnering and communication skills, with the ability to challenge and influence and implement solutions across the organization \nStrong cross-cultural collaboration skills in a global organization\nAbility to translate financial and operational insights into actions\n10+ years of relevant experience, complemented by strong digital & financial tool capabilities \nDigital mindset with proof record on digital innovations\nYour benefits:\nAttractive compensation & benefits\nEmployee Assistance Program Global \nParental Leave Program\nWe look forward to receiving your application.
