At Accelleron, we foster diversity and inclusion, welcoming and celebrating individual differences as a source of strength.\nJob Summary:\nAs a HRIS Business Analyst in the IT-IS Strategy and Planning team, you will drive business analysis and solution delivery activities across HR technology and related digital initiatives. Working closely with HR, IT, and external partners, you will translate business needs into clear requirements, improve end-to-end processes, and support the implementation of scalable solutions, particularly in areas such as Workday, Time & Absence Management, and learning management.\nYour responsibilities:\nRequirements & Solution Design\nGather, analyze, and document business requirements across HR, IT, and other business functions.\n\nTranslate requirements into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and solution recommendations.\n\nAnalyze HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, time & absence, and learning management to identify improvement opportunities.\n\nConduct gap and impact analyses and support solution design for enhancements in Workday and related systems.\n\nAnalysis & Delivery Support\nSupport project delivery through scope clarification, prioritization, testing, UAT, and implementation support.\n\nWork with technical and delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood, traceable, and implemented effectively.\n\nContribute to change impact assessment, business readiness, and transition activities to support adoption.\n\nStakeholder Management\nAct as the interface between business stakeholders, HR teams, IT teams, and external partners.\n\nFacilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and decision-making sessions to align scope, priorities, and expected outcomes.\n\nManage stakeholder communication and support timely resolution of issues and decisions during delivery.\n\nProcess Improvement & Governance\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve HR and related business processes.\n\nSupport continuous improvement through process analysis, documentation, and practical recommendations.\n\nEnsure work is delivered in line with governance, documentation standards, and BA best practices.\n\nYour background:\n5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, digital transformation, or enterprise application environments.\n\nDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.\n\nStrong experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, stakeholder management, and solution documentation.\n\nGood understanding of HR processes and HR technology, ideally including onboarding, offboarding, time & absence, learning management, or broader employee lifecycle processes.\n\nExperience with Workday and/or other HR systems is a strong advantage.\n\nKnowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.\n\nFamiliarity with BABOK best practices and structured business analysis techniques is preferred; CBAP certification is a plus.\n\nStrong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams.\n\n Your benefits:\nFlexible Work Hours\n\nHybrid working model (Mon & Fri WFH)\n\nMedical Insurance\n\nParental leave Policy\n\nOn-site crèche facility\n\nAnnual Health Check-up\n\nEmployee Assistance Program\n\nWe look forward to receiving your application.
