IT-IS Project Manager

As a Project Manager in the IT-IS Strategy and Planning team, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of strategic IT initiatives. You will lead a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple IT-IS domains, collaborating withcross functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that advanceAccelleron’sbusinessobjectives.

Your responsibilities:

Project Plan & Build

• Plans, schedules, coordinates, and delivers the project outcomes on time, within scope, cost and agreed quality.

• Defines, with key stakeholders, the scope of work, cost/budget, resourcesrequired, schedule, and detailed work allocation.

• Coordinates andprioritisesproject tasks, manages timelines,maintainsproject plans, and communicates status to key stakeholders.

• Defines, jointly with key stakeholders, all project documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans.

• Effectivelyorganises, monitors and controls activities to ensure achievement of planned stage-gates and efficientutilisationof available resources.

Project Execution

• Monitors and controls project cost and financials.

• Identifies,contains, and reduces risk, and ensures that all opportunities are captured and acted upon.

• Uses knowledge and experience to assess what lies ahead at theinitialstages of the projectand decide on the best way toproceed.

• Monitors and controls the project management processes.

• Effectivelymonitorsand controls project progress, proactively manages and mitigates project risks.

• Monitors and controls project financials, oversees project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.

• Ensures that the project applies to contract and claims managementin accordance withcontractual agreements.

• Ensures the successful closure of the project-on-project completion and the capture and documentation of lessons learned.

• Executes project communication, reports project performance against plan and expected business outcome.

• Conducts Project assessments and gate passing assessments.

Stakeholder Management and People Leadership

• Serves as the key contact for the project stakeholders and an escalation point for project issues.

• Effectively communicatesappropriate informationto stakeholders promptly and to achieve desired understanding and support.

• Manages stakeholders' expectations and relationships.

• Prepares and drives project and budget approval with multiple stakeholders.

• Leads the project teamallocatedto the project, defining main guidelines,allocatingproject tasks, and motivating andmonitoringinternal and/or external resources toaccomplishall tasks and milestones.

Governance&Compliance

• Defines project governanceand stakeholder matrix.

• Ensures projects follow soundmethodologyand execution practicesin accordance withinternal directives and procedures.

• Ensureappropriate ProjectManagement policy and standards are followed.

• Executesallassigned tasksasagreedintheRACI specification.

Your background:

• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager.

• Degree in Engineering,Computer Science,BusinessAdministration or similar with specializedknow-howin project management.

• Solid knowledge of project methodologies such as Agile andtheWaterfallapproach.

• PMPor PRINCE2certification or equivalent project management training.

• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects in large organizations.

• High ownership, autonomy, and ability to drive projects end-to-end without needing constant direction.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and able to navigate in large, global, matrix-based organizations.

• Professional, structured way of working, and proactivityrequired.

• Fluent in English.
