At Accelleron, we foster diversity and inclusion, welcoming and celebrating individual differences as a source of strength.\nFor our Service Station in Helsinki, Finland, we are looking for a new colleague to join us as a Junior Service Engineer. In this role, you will support the repair, maintenance and overhaul of Accelleron turbochargers and contribute to high-quality service delivery for our customers.\nYour responsibilities:\nService delivery - Perform service tasks and support the identification and analysis of technical issues through remote or on-site activities, including installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, retrofits, replacements and related service assignments.\nCustomer focus - Contribute to customer satisfaction by carrying out service work in line with customer orders, expectations and Accelleron standards. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand customer needs and communicate potential sales opportunities internally.\nMaterials and preparation - Coordinate and prepare the required materials, parts, tools and equipment, ensuring they are available and meet the right quality standards for service activities.\nDocumentation and reporting - Prepare service documents and reports for customer approval, report work completed in a timely manner and follow up on open actions where required.\nTroubleshooting - Identify potential equipment failures, troubleshoot technical issues and recommend corrective actions to help prevent recurring problems.\nOperational excellence - Share suggestions for product, process and quality improvements and provide recommendations to improve service operations and the customer experience.\nHealth, safety and integrity - Apply safety rules, safe working practices and environmental responsibilities, and report unsafe practices, near misses or incidents in line with company procedures.\nYour background:\nTechnical education and a solid understanding of mechanical systems;\nHands-on experience working with engines, tools and mechanical equipment.
