Schedules the job, responsible for the content of quotes.\nYour responsibility:\nSupports and manages 24 hours service availability / emergency duty\n\nCoordinates and plans all service/repair jobs together with the customer (applying the DIVISION policies)\n\nCoordinate the service job with the necessary resource, parts etc.\n\nHandling of DIVISION internal service job assignments\n\nEnsure the right technical specifications as per customer requirements\n\nEnsure that services are carried according to Occupational, Health and Safety (OHS) and Quality requirements (working instructions)\n\nManage the service order process from quotation to invoicing\n\nManage the service execution process by using ATURB MOBILE for job planning and data recording incl. finalization\n\nEnsuring data quality during service execution\n\nResponsible for the financial performance of the order and customer satisfaction\n\nMake sure that all necessary data has been registered in the ERP system (commercial issues)\n\nWork closely with the Technical Advisor on technical issues (incl. warranty cases)\n\nCoordinates/communicates with End User Sales regarding customer status\n\nGive feedback regarding market intelligence to the relevant functions (e.g. business development, sales, etc.)\n\nExecute maintenance agreements, OPAC, ...\n\nFollow up on maintenance scheduler information\n\nResponsible for continuous process improvement\n\nYour background:\n3-5 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, or service operations, preferably in an industrial or technical service environment.\n\nExperience handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and managing service orders from purchase order (PO) to invoicing.\n\nStrong knowledge of service spare parts coordination and order management.\n\nExperience coordinating field service activities, including travel arrangements, scheduling, and service documentation.\n\nExcellent customer communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong focus on timely responses.\n\nWell-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nProficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.\n\nA technical background (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering) or experience supporting technical/service teams is an advantage.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills, customer-centric mindset, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\n\nYour benefits:\nHousing Allowance\n\nTransport allowance\n\nLeave allowance\n\nHealth Insurance\n\nWe look forward to receiving your application.
