In this hands-on role, you will carry out the repair, maintenance and overhaul of Accelleron turbochargers, combining technical expertise with a strong focus on reliable service and customer satisfaction.\nYour responsibilities:\nService delivery - Carry out service assignments, including installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, retrofits and replacements. Identify and analyse technical issues through remote support and on-site service activities.\nCustomer focus - Deliver service work in line with customer orders, expectations and Accelleron standards. Build strong customer relationships, understand customer needs and share potential sales opportunities with the relevant colleagues.\nMaterials and preparation - Coordinate and prepare the parts, materials, tools and equipment needed for each assignment, ensuring they are available and meet the required quality standards.\nDocumentation and reporting - Prepare clear service documentation and reports for customer approval. Record completed work promptly and follow up on outstanding actions as required.\nTroubleshooting - Diagnose technical issues, identify potential equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to help prevent recurring problems.\nOperational excellence - Share ideas for improving products, processes and service quality. Provide practical recommendations that strengthen service operations and the customer experience.\nHealth, safety and integrity - Follow safety rules, safe working practices and environmental requirements. Report unsafe practices, near misses and incidents in line with company procedures.\nYour background:\nA technical education and a solid understanding of mechanical systems.\nHands-on experience working with engines, tools and mechanical equipment.
