This role is ideal for someone who can design complex systems end-to-end-spanning frontend, backend, AI orchestration, and cloud infrastructure-and mentor teams in building AI-native applications.\nKey Responsibilities\nArchitect, design, and build full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend frameworks.\nDesign and develop multi-agent AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, MAF, or similar.\nBuild AI-native applications combining agentic workflows, traditional ML, and rules-based systems.\nDevelop scalable frontend applications using React, Next.js, and micro-frontend SPA architectures.\nBuild backend services using Node.js, Java (Spring Boot / Kotlin), GraphQL, tRPC, and REST APIs.\nDesign Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layers optimized for AI-powered user experiences.\nArchitect integrations between frontend, backend, AI services, and enterprise systems.\nLead system design discussions and translate business requirements into technical architectures.\nDrive best practices for code quality, performance, security, and scalability.\nMentor engineers and contribute to technical roadmap planning.\nRequirements\n8+ years of overall software engineering experience.\n5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.\n2+ years building Agentic AI or multi-agent applications.\nStrong frontend experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.\nStrong backend experience with Node.js and Java (Spring Boot / Kotlin).\nHands-on experience with agent frameworks and orchestration patterns.\nExperience with BFF design patterns and API gateway configurations.\nCloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nCI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes experience.\nStrong system design and communication skills\nBenefits\nExciting Projects: We focus on industries like High-Tech, communication, media, healthcare, retail and telecom.
