The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Manual Testing with a proven ability to scale into Automation using Playwright.\nResponsibilities:\nManual Testing: Perform end-to-end (E2E) testing of complex Salesforce workflows, including Lead-to-Cash, CPQ, and custom Lightning Web Components (LWC).\nAutomation Development: Design and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright to improve regression coverage and CI/CD efficiency.\nTest Strategy: Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and User Stories to create comprehensive Test Plans and Test Cases.\nData Validation: Validate data integrity across Salesforce objects and downstream systems (ERP/Data Warehouses) using SOQL and SQL.\nDefect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs in Jira, working closely with developers and TPMs to ensure timely resolution.\nCollaboration: Participate in Sprint Planning and Daily Stand-ups, providing clear updates on testing progress and blockers.\nRequirements\nSalesforce Expertise: 5-8 years of experience testing Salesforce platforms. Deep understanding of Profiles, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, and Workflows.\nGood expertise in Salesforce Chatbot and Omni-Channel testing is must.\nManual Testing: Expertise in functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nAutomation: Practical experience (or strong theoretical knowledge) with Playwright for web automation.
