Mainframe Developer to join our team and help build, maintain, and modernize mission-critical applications supporting the financial services industry.\nIf you enjoy solving complex technical stakeholders, and engineering teams to develop and support high-volume transaction processing systems that are essential to daily business operations.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain enterprise COBOL applications on IBM Mainframe platforms.\nDevelop and enhance batch and online transaction processing systems.\nAnalyze business and technical requirements to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.\nTroubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.\nOptimize application performance and improve system stability.\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.\nSupport modernization initiatives and integration with newer technologies while maintaining critical legacy systems.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation.\nRequirements\n8+ years of IBM Mainframe development experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with:\nCOBOL\nJCL\nCICS\nDB2\nVSAM\nExperience supporting enterprise-scale production applications.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) industry.\nKnowledge of financial transaction processing systems.\nExperience with IBM z/OS.\nFamiliarity with tools such as File-AID, Abend-AID, Expeditor, Endevor, or Changeman.\nExperience integrating mainframe applications with distributed systems or APIs.\nExposure to Agile development methodologies.\nExperience supporting modernization or digital transformation
