The ideal candidate is passionate about software engineering, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and thrives in fast-paced product environments.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.\n\nBuild, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services.\n\nCollaborate on frontend development using React when needed.\n\nDesign and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.\n\nOptimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues.\n\nParticipate in software architecture discussions and technical decision-making.\n\nCollaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, and Software Engineers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, technical design sessions, and code reviews.\n\nResearch, evaluate, and implement modern frameworks, tools, and engineering best practices.\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of engineering standards, platform quality, and development processes.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer working in production environments.\n\nStrong backend development experience using Python.\n\nExperience developing modern web applications with React.\n\nHands-on experience working with AWS.\n\nExperience designing and developing RESTful APIs.\n\nStrong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.\n\nExperience building scalable cloud-native applications.\n\nSolid understanding of software architecture and software design principles.\n\nExperience with Git and Agile development methodologies.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\nProfessional English communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with FastAPI, Django, or similar Python frameworks.\n\nExperience with Docker and containerized applications.\n\nExperience working with Microservices Architecture.\n\nExperience implementing CI/CD pipelines.\n\nKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).\n\nExperience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.\n\nExposure to
