You're here to build what's next.Visit us here to learn more about Accenture ConstructAs Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details.THE WORK:\nYou’ll provide support and guidance in the planning, execution, monitoring, and turnover of renewable energy construction projects across the region.\n\nYou’ll support project schedules, budgets, staffing, and resources, working directly with the Director of Site Construction, Site Managers, and Project Directors to help deliver project milestones safely, on schedule, and within budget.\n\nYou’ll coordinate with internal teams, contractors, subcontractors, and third-party contractors, and support stakeholder management with landowners, regulatory agencies, local communities, and government officials to address concerns, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with project goals.\n\nYou’ll represent the company in meetings, public hearings, and other forums to promote project development and build positive stakeholder relationships.\n\nYou’ll support Owner’s Site Management teams during project implementation, including helping Site Managers maintain sufficient internal and external staffing and monitoring project-related training needs and deficiencies.\n\nYou’ll ensure construction activities follow quality control processes, regulatory standards, company requirements, and relevant internal controls; participate in root cause analysis investigations; and drive closure of accompanying action items.\n\nYou’ll support development, meteorology, engineering, and permitting teams on new project micro-sitings and provide periodic updates on project activities, progress, and issues to the Director of Site Construction.\n\nYou’ll work closely with the safety management team to support strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures and Avangrid safety standards, while providing process feedback, supporting functional quality audits, and retaining lessons learned.\n\nEvery role here has some in-person time — for collaboration, for learning, and because capital projects happen in physical places. We'll be as flexible as we can around how you make that work. This role is remote, with 50-75% travel.\nHERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:\nA bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering, or 10+ years of related construction experience, or an equivalent combination of education and related construction experience\n\nExperience in electrical generation project development or project management involving construction law, contracts, claims avoidance, insurance, or contract administration\n\nExperience working with contract documents and specifications and with federal, state, or local building codes, ordinances, or construction regulations\n\nExperience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Primavera P3, and MS Project; a PMP or other professional certification from a recognized institution; an OSHA 30 certificate; and the ability to travel approximately 50% of the year.\n\nBONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:\nExperience with BESS, solar, and wind renewable technologies\n\nField engineering experience\n\nWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU\n\nThe biggest builds going.
