Accounts Receivable with French

Join our Finance & Accounting team and support end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) activities. You will manage Accounts Receivable processes with a focus on collections, disputes management, reconciliations, and customer account management while ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.

Job location: Bucharest | Hybrid (1 day/week from the office) | 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Your mission:

• Manage Accounts Receivable activities with a focus on Collections, Disputes, and Order to Cash processes;

• Perform reconciliations and support the maintenance of accurate customer account records;

• Process and validate financial transactions while ensuring compliance with established procedures and quality standards;

• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, disputes, and escalations in a timely manner;

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support process improvements and deliver excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications:

• French & English - B2;

• Bachelor's degree;

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Disputes, Order to Cash (OTC), or similar Finance & Accounting processes;

• Experience performing account reconciliations;

• Experience working with financial systems and processing transactions accurately.

• Experience in a complex Accounts Receivable environment;

• Exposure to broader Order to Cash activities, including Billing, Cash Application, Deductions, or Customer Account Management;
