This is a hands-on configuration and consulting role requiring strong platform knowledge, sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and the ability to translate client business needs into well-structured Workfront solutions with a high degree of independence.\n\n The Work:\nThis role will include hands-on delivery of Workfront solutions across a range of client engagements - from new implementations to assessments of existing environments, ongoing administration, and end-user training. Depending on engagement and phase, this will include:\nProviding best practice guidance on Adobe Workfront to clients and internal teams, and making confident configuration decisions that align with long-term client goals.\nDesigning, building, and configuring Workfront functionality to meet business process and application requirements with limited oversight.\nLeading discovery sessions with clients and applying process design principles to define practical, scalable solutions.\nCollecting Workfront requirements and assessing them against client business processes to identify gaps and opportunities.\nConfiguring Adobe Workfront objects including custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, reports, dashboards, approval processes, milestones, email notifications, statuses, job roles, teams, groups, companies, expense types, layout templates, filters, views, groupings, and more.\nManaging client expectations and maintaining clear communication across workstreams during delivery.\nWorking cross-functionally with project stakeholders as part of a broader delivery team.\nCoordinating acceptance testing and driving issue resolution through to completion.\nRequired Qualifications:\n3+ years of experience leading Workfront implementations in a consultancy or Workfront system administration capacity\n2+ years of experience independently configuring and optimizing Workfront environments to meet complex business requirements\nStrong communication and client engagement skills with the ability to lead discovery sessions and manage stakeholder expectations during delivery\nAdobe Workfront certification or equivalent credential, or active pursuit of same\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years work experience). If Associate’s degree, minimum 4 years work experience required.\nEnglish is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language.
