Adobe Workfront / Fusion Architect (all genders)

Marketing operations at scale break without the right architecture behind it. You design and implement systems that bring structure, visibility, and automation to how marketing work gets planned, produced, and delivered. Your expertise in Adobe Workfront and Fusion makes you the person who turns complex process requirements into functioning, scalable solutions.

The work:

• Architect end-to-end Workfront solutions covering intake, project management, resource management, and reporting, tailored to the scale and complexity of enterprise marketing organizations.

• Design and build Workfront Fusion automation scenarios that connect Workfront to adjacent platforms including AEM, DAM systems, Marketo, Salesforce, and others.

• Lead solution design workshops with client stakeholders, translating operational pain points into platform-ready requirements

• Refining processes and workflows and hence preparing for agentic Content Supply Chain and Marketing Operating Models.

• Support pre-sales and offering development by contributing reusable accelerators and architectural patterns.

• Guide delivery teams through configuration, testing, and hypercare phases - maintaining quality and timeline accountability.

Here's what you need

• Hands-on Workfront configuration experience at enterprise scale, including custom forms, project templates, reporting, and portfolio management.

• Workfront Fusion experience building multi-step automation scenarios with external system integrations.

• Strong process orientation and the ability to bridge business operations and technical implementation.

• Experience delivering in consulting or professional services environments, ideally in marketing or creative operations contexts.

Bonus points if you have

• Adobe Workfront certification or Fusion specialist credentials.

• Experience with Content Supply Chain implementations or DAM integrations (AEM Assets, Bynder, Widen) and understanding of embedding into agentic ecosystems.

• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies within marketing transformation programmes.
