As an AI Native Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and delivering software solutions where artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into the engineering process. This role focuses on creating production-ready applications by embedding AI principles throughout the software lifecycle. The engineer actively participates in validating solutions, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements, and continuously enhancing the methods and practices used to build and operate software systems. Collaboration and innovation are key elements, as the engineer works to advance the capabilities and efficiency of AI-driven software development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in AI-native software development.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.

- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align project goals and deliverables.

- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting with problem-solving.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into technical specifications.

- Experience in gathering, documenting, and validating requirements with diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to work closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.

- Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear understanding between technical and non-technical parties.

- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and methodologies.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

- This position is based at our M2B - STPI location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
