coding assistants daily to accelerate software delivery and improve quality\n\nDesign, build, and maintain modern full-stack applications\n\nIntegrate Large Language Model (LLM) APIs into production applications\n\nApply AI throughout the software development lifecycle, including testing, debugging, code reviews, and documentation\n\nEvaluate and validate AI-generated outputs to ensure quality, reliability, and security\n\nDefine and track metrics that demonstrate the effectiveness of AI-assisted development\n\nDeliver solutions end-to-end, from design and development through deployment and production support\n\nWork closely with Agile teams and client stakeholders\n\nDevelop APIs, interfaces, and application components that connect business applications with AI and agentic systems\n\nContribute reusable components, engineering standards, and internal AI best practices\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field\n\nCommercial software development experience, or equivalent experience gained through internships, academic programs, or personal projects\n\nStrong programming skills in at least one backend language: Python, Java, TypeScript\n\nExperience using AI tools as part of day-to-day software development\n\nUnderstanding of web development fundamentals, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS\n\nFamiliarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\n\nExperience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)\n\nUnderstanding of Agile delivery methodologies\n\nAwareness of software development best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies such as Docker\n\nNice to have\n\nPractical use of AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and delivery outcomes\n\nExperience integrating LLM APIs into applications\n\nUnderstanding of token management, latency considerations, and cost optimization when working with AI services\n\nAbility to assess, refine, and improve AI-generated outputs\n\nKnowledge of AI limitations, risks, and responsible AI practices\n\nFamiliarity with agentic systems, RAG architectures, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar
