Implement runtime guardrails, prompt governance, and secure Agent-to-Agent (A2A) or Agent-to-Process (A2P) communication protocols.\nRegulatory Compliance: Ensure AI initiatives comply with legal and ethical standards, translating regulations into technical controls.\nOperational Oversight: Manage the lifecycle of AI agents, maintaining a registry of deployments, and defining human-in-the-loop (HITL) approval thresholds.\nCollaboration & Advisory: Work with engineering, product, and data science teams to embed \"Secure-by-Design\" principles.\nIncident Response & Monitoring: Develop AI-specific incident response plans and establish continuous monitoring for behavioral drift\nSkills:\nExperience: 7-10 years in IT security, with 3+ years specifically in [GenAI/Agentic AI governance](0.4.2, 0.4.16), risk management, or compliance.\nTechnical Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen).
