Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation\nAutomate Business Processes using Robotic Process Automation Tools (Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere) Cognitive RPA like OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API Integrations to provide automation in a process. It includes writing code using scripting language like C, VB.NET, Python etc. to help in Automations.
