Summary:

As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that solutions are tailored effectively to support organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to application development, involving collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver functional and efficient software solutions that enhance business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the development lifecycle.

- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.

- Experience with integration design patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday.

- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within enterprise environments.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.

- Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques to support seamless data flow.

- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
