Project Planning & Execution\n- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria in alignment with client goals.\n- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.\n- Ensure timely delivery of project outputs by managing execution across development, testing, and deployment phases.\n2. Stakeholder Management\n- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors.\n- Facilitate regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and escalation management.\n- Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and transparency.\n3. Team Leadership\n- Lead cross-functional project teams across geographies (onshore/offshore).\n- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve delivery blockers.\n- Drive team motivation, collaboration, and accountability.\n4. Risk, Quality & Compliance\n- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.\n- Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and quality assurance practices.\n- Comply with Accenture's delivery, security, and audit standards.\n5.
