Job Overview
We are seeking strategic and business-oriented Associate Director - Strategic Projects to lead high-priority initiatives that support key organizational and business objectives. The role will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic priorities, enable business growth, and ensure effective execution of critical initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and writing skills, business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Experience in B2B/ B2C EdTech environments, particularly in brand and communication, marketing, sales enablement, or leadership-facing roles, will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead critical strategic projects aligned with business priorities and leadership objectives.
Drive strategy and growth initiatives in partnership with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
Manage senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution.
Lead initiatives from planning to execution to support senior leadership.
Develop executive-level insights, presentations, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, client engagement, and overall business outcomes.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Graduate with 15+ years of relevant experience; Masters preferred.
Prior experience in EdTech and/or B2B + B2C environments is preferred.
Strong experience in strategic communication, sales enablement, brand management, marketing, business development, and stakeholder management.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to engage senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to connect strategic priorities with execution and measurable outcomes.
Excellent communication both written and verbal, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
