Visit us at www.accenture.com\nDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests related to Microsoft systems, compute infrastructure, and associated technologies. \nMaintain system health and performance through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and patching activities. \nExecute foundational administration tasks within Microsoft Entra/M365, including: Troubleshooting Entra Connect issues. \nConfiguring and deploying basic Conditional Access Policies.\n\nPerform Active Directory (AD) and Active Directory Users & Computers (ADUC) operations, such as: User management (creation, modification, deletion). \nGroup management, including creation and modification of group objects.\n\nOversee Group Policy Management.\nSet up and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for secure access. \nManage and support key Windows Server services (e.g., Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, File/Print servers, Exchange, Microsoft 365). \nAssist with the implementation, configuration, and monitoring of Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to safeguard sensitive information across devices, email, and cloud services.\nProvide support for phishing detection and remediation efforts, including email security analysis, user education, and reporting of suspicious activities.\nContribute to and enhance operational processes while ensuring adherence to established controls, policies, and procedures. \nEngage and communicate effectively with customers, providing timely updates and resolution of issues. \nPreferred Qualifications, Experience & Skills\nTertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline (desirable).\nAt least 3 years' experience in IT engineering, systems operations, or a similar technical support role.\nHands-on experience with: o Defender XDR for endpoint threat detection and response. o Purview solutions, including DLP policy configuration, incident handling, and sensitive data management. o Email security platforms (e.g., Exchange Online Protection, Mimecast, Proofpoint) and anti-phishing tools. o Windows Server and Active Directory environments. o Entra/M365 administration, MFA implementation, and Group Policy Management.\nExperience working in an IT Services Provider environment or alongside mid-to-large enterprises.\nDemonstrated work experience as a Microsoft Wintel / Systems Engineer.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to resolve technical challenges.\nDesirable Skills & Certifications\n\nMicrosoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).\nITIL Foundation V4 or other relevant IT service management certifications.\nExpertise in supporting email security platforms, anti-phishing strategies, and identifying emerging threats.\nDemonstrated aptitude for continuous learning, professional development, and acquiring new certifications relevant to security technologies.\nPersonal Attributes\nA professional, customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and perseverance.\nA proactive and adaptable learner with an eagerness to grow technical and interpersonal skills.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.\nAbout Accenture\nAccenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services-creating tangible value at speed and scale.
