Ability to turn broad program objectives into actionable design initiatives.\n· Plan and execute system specification, design, architecture, and development.\n· Develop standards, procedures, training manuals, and other documentation for projects or internal use.\n· Deliver Virtual Commissioning /Emulation, Testing and Simulation\n· Maintain and improve client relationships with all engineering disciplines and identify and develop new business opportunities.\n· Manage the project resources and budgets when necessary.\nHere’s what you need:\n· 10+ years of experience using operational technology, digital engineering, advanced networking.\n· 10+ years of experience in automation system design, software integration, development, commissioning, validation, and start-up\n· 10+ years of experience with PLC/HMI/SCADA/DCS systems (Rockwell, Schneider, Siemens, AVEVA, Ignition) and control system architecture\n· 10+ years of experience with delivery lead experience\n· Demonstrated experience assembling and ensuring transformational solutions and diverse teams for complex program delivery.\n· Proven track record of developing trusted client relationships with sales growth from onset of business development, RFPs, orals, client sales/presentations through delivery.\n· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience\n· Valid passport and ability to travel within Canada, the US and internationally.\nBonus points if you have:\n· Project Management and Business Analyst experience\n· Experience in software development using Microsoft tools, GitHub, Azure DevOps, C#, SQL Server, and Python\n· Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients on a wide range of functional and technical project aspects.\n· Mastery of problem analysis and problem-solving techniques\n· Proven history of successful project delivery as a self-starter or within a team environment\n· General understanding of typical engineering deliverables\nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,\nrole, skill set, and level of experience.
