You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and cloud-native contact center solutions, drive integration with enterprise platforms, and provide technical leadership throughout the migration and delivery lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and implement AWS Connect solutions for enterprise contact center and migration initiatives.\nBuild scalable, secure, and enterprise-compliant cloud integrations. Partner with business, engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to drive technical implementation decisions.\n\nDevelop technical documentation, configuration artifacts, and governance approvals.\n\nSupport integration of AWS Connect and related AWS services with enterprise technology platforms and contact center solutions.\n\nProvide hands-on technical support throughout delivery and migration lifecycle.\n\nBasic Qualifications\nAtleast 5+ years of AWS Connect / contact center engineering experience in large enterprise environments.\n\nStrong AWS cloud architecture and migration expertise.\n\nHands-on experience with AWS Connect integrations and enterprise technology ecosystems.\n\nExperience building cloud-native, API-driven, and microservices-based solutions.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nBachelor's in computer science or related field.\n\nMust-Have Skills\nAWS Cloud & Migration\n\nAWS Connect Integration\n\nEnterprise Solution Implementation\n\nAgentic AI Solutions\n\nPreferred Skills\nBanking or financial services experience.\n\nExperience with Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.\n\nAWS certifications (Solutions Architect / Developer Associate or higher).\n\nSierra platform experience is preferred.\n\nNice to Have: Availability to work in a hybrid model, with an expectation of 2-3 days per week in the office.\nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,\nrole, skill set, and level of experience.
