We are looking for candidates who can work in a hybrid way, from our office in Iasi, Monday-Friday 09:00 - 18:00.

Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:

• Comply with Accenture standards, procedures and policies, as well as applicable regulatory and client requirements;

• Retrieve and provide contractual, banking, and account-related documents upon customer request, including requests submitted by authorized representatives;

• Process, validate, classify, archive, and retrieve customer documentation within banking systems;

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer data and documentation, and request updates or additional authorizations when required;

• Conduct data and document verification checks in line with client policies and procedures;

• Support document-related requests from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses;

• Execute standard processes and take recommended actions to achieve agreed quality and performance metrics;

• Audit own data entry for accuracy and make needed corrections;

• Update processes and procedures reflecting acknowledged changes;

• File, archive, and retrieve documents using established filing standards.

Skills that make your work successful:

• Good level of Italian & English: B2;

• Ability to deliver real value to customers and emphasize results over activities;

• Quick, analytical thinker;

• Banking knowledge is nice to have;

• Excel knowledge would be preferable;

• Bachelor's degree may be needed.
