Unlock your potential and play an active role in building new and innovative applications and industry solutions.\nTHE WORK:\nAs a Business Function Implementation Lead, you will join our team delivering transformation initiatives for an international company that specializes in innovative manufacturing solutions and services across various industries. You will plan and lead the implementation of all activities for a specific business function, improving end-to-end performance and ensuring alignment with business requirements.\nLead end-to-end implementation of initiatives for a defined business function, from scoping to stabilization.\n\nConduct detailed process analysis, identify improvement areas and drive redesign of processes and organizational structures.\n\nAct as a subject matter expert in SAP S/4HANA Controlling (including Product Cost Controlling and Material Ledger), advising stakeholders on best practices.\n\nFacilitate and lead workshops to gather and challenge requirements, ensuring stakeholder alignment across business and IT.\n\nDevelop comprehensive project plans, defining timelines, resources and deliverables for your functional stream.\n\nMonitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement adjustments required to meet agreed objectives.\n\nEngage multiple teams, coordinate cross-functional dependencies and contribute to key design and implementation decisions.\n\nEvaluate project outcomes, capture lessons learned and provide insights to support continuous improvement.\n\nFlexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.\nQualifications\nHERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: \nExpert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Controlling, including Product Cost Controlling and Material Ledger.\n\nA minimum of 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project in a lead or stream-lead position.\n\nStrong influencing and advisory skills, with the ability to drive decisions and build consensus among multiple stakeholder groups.\n\nExperience in leading workshops and collaborating with cross-functional, international teams.\n\nConfident communication skills in English.\n\nResearch indicates that some candidates, especially the most diverse ones, may hesitate to apply for positions if they don't meet all requirements.
